On December 9, 2024, former Deputy Inspector-General of Police of Malaysia (DIG), Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim, visited the Malaysian Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association.

During the visit, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim was warmly received by President Sun Jianwei, who introduced the economic achievements and industrial strengths of Jiangsu Province. As one of China’s most economically developed provinces, Jiangsu not only serves as a hub for high-tech industries and smart manufacturing but also boasts unique advantages in cultural heritage and international collaboration.
In their discussion, President Sun elaborated on Jiangsu’s achievements in economic development and industrial advantages. Both parties explored the potential for multi-field cooperation between Jiangsu and Malaysia. To further deepen their understanding and expand cooperation opportunities, President Sun sincerely invited Tan Sri Maslan to visit Jiangsu for a firsthand tour of key industrial parks and landmark enterprises to experience Jiangsu’s innovative vitality and development achievements. Tan Sri Maslan highly appreciated the invitation and expressed a strong interest in visiting Jiangsu.
