A delegation from the Nanjing Qixia District Government successfully held a cooperation and exchange meeting with the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM).

On August 21, 2023, the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneur Business Association and the Nanjing Qixia District Government delegation successfully held a cooperation and exchange meeting with representatives of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM). The meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation and development between the two regions. During the meeting, both parties engaged in extensive and in-depth discussions about potential collaboration opportunities.

Sun Jianwei, the Executive President of Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneur Business Association, expressed sincere gratitude for the reception by ACCCIM. Wang Chengjiang, the District Chief of Qixia, also expressed hope that the exchange would open new avenues for cooperation.

During the meeting, Zhao Xiaolin, Director of the Business Bureau of Qixia District, Nanjing, introduced the district’s recent achievements in the fields of economy, technology, and culture. The delegation emphasized that Qixia District is committed to providing a more favorable investment and business environment and encouraging more international cooperation and exchanges.

Dato’ Tan Tian Meng, the Secretary-General of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM), shared insights into business development opportunities and investment potential in Malaysia. Both parties agreed that there is significant potential for cooperation between Nanjing and Malaysia in areas such as trade, tourism, and technological innovation.

During the meeting, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics including education, cultural exchange, technological innovation, and trade cooperation. Representatives from both parties expressed their commitment to actively promote bilateral exchanges, deepen cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits.

The cooperation and exchange meeting has laid a solid foundation for future collaboration between the two regions. Both parties will further strengthen communication, advance the implementation of cooperation projects, and promote economic development and cultural exchange.
