On September 21, 2024, Li Wei, a member of the Nanjing Gulou District Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the Nanjing Gulou District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice President of the Nanjing Youth Entrepreneurs Association, and General Manager of Jiangsu Manson Elevator Co., Ltd., led a delegation to the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association for an exchange and learning session. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Benjamin Ong, Vice President, and Ye Langheng, Secretary-General of the Association, who facilitated the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the business environment for Chinese companies expanding into Malaysia, with a focus on industries such as real estate and manufacturing.

Vice President Benjamin Ong shared the experience of Mah Sing Group, one of the top three real estate developers in Malaysia, in transforming from manufacturing to real estate development. He also provided practical information on Malaysia’s employment policies and raw material procurement.
Secretary-General Ye Langheng emphasized that Malaysia offers a stable market environment, open economic policies, and a strategic geographical location, making it an ideal destination for Chinese investment. He stated that the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association would continue to serve as a bridge, facilitating more communication platforms for entrepreneurs from both countries to promote economic and cultural cooperation.
Among the delegation were outstanding entrepreneurs such as Gao Deqing, General Manager of Jiangsu Manson Building Technology Co., Ltd., Li, General Manager of Lianyungang Jinda Di Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Zhou Hao, General Manager of Nanjing Changlu Industry Co., Ltd. They also shared their experiences and insights in their respective fields, offering constructive suggestions on how to collaborate and expand into overseas markets.
This exchange not only deepened the friendship and cooperation between Jiangsu entrepreneurs and the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association but also opened up new ideas and pathways for expanding into international markets.
