China Jiangsu Culture Trade Expo 2023 Volunteer Appreciation and Exchange Meeting

Recently, few students from Jiangsu who studying in Malaysia showcased their enthusiastic volunteer spirit at the first Jiangsu International Cultural Trade Fair, contributing significantly to the success of the event. On December 5, 2023, to express gratitude for their efforts, the association invited a delegation from the Malaysia-China Student Scholars Association to visit and participate in the exchange and appreciation meeting.

Firstly, Executive Deputy Secretary General Tan Say Cheong introduced the representatives of the association to the guests, who also gave brief self-introductions. Secretary General Sun Keqiang praised the volunteers for their professionalism and positive attitude and read out the association’s commendations and thanks for their contributions. The volunteers expressed heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the expo, shared their experiences and gains from the event, and emphasized the positive impact of the volunteer service on their personal growth. Following this, Executive President Sun Jianwei once again extended sincere thanks and high respect to the volunteers. Zheng Zhaoyu, President of the Malaysia-China Students and Scholars Association, expressed appreciation for the association’s opportunity and the volunteers’ selfless contributions. He noted that the event had facilitated cultural exchanges between China and Malaysia and hoped for continued cooperation to promote cultural exchange between the two countries. Finally, General Deputy President Chen Quanqing and Lü Yongxiang presented certificates of appreciation to the volunteers to recognize their outstanding performance and contributions during their service.
