On November 21, 2023, Xu Donghai, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of Jiangsu Province and Vice President of the Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association, led a delegation from the Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association to visit the association.
Executive President Sun Jianwei warmly welcomed Minister Xu and the representatives, and provided a brief introduction to the development history of the association.
Minister Xu Donghai expressed heartfelt thanks on behalf of the Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association for the association’s warm arrangement. Both parties involved engaged in in-depth discussions, exchanging views on the educational models and systems of the two countries, sharing information about Xiamen University’s branch campus in Malaysia, and discussing experiences and insights related to the construction industry. At the end, they exchanged souvenirs and took a group photo to commemorate the visit.
