On April 8, Sun Jianwei, President of Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association led a delegation to visit Yanghe Distillery Co., Ltd. in Suqian, Jiangsu, for an inspection and exchange. The delegation also included special guests such as Jiang Kun, Chairman of the Association of Chinese Folk Art; Dato’ Tan Tian Meng, Secretary-General of the Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM); and Gao Haoyun, President of the Malaysian Chinese Restaurant Association.
The purpose of this visit was to discuss in depth the arrangements and preparations for the closing ceremony and gala dinner of the 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The visit aimed to build bridges for strengthening international business connections and promoting trade and economic cooperation between Malaysia and China. Chairman Zhang Liandong of Yanghe Distillery Co., Ltd. and his team personally hosted the delegation and provided a detailed introduction to the development of Yanghe Distillery.

During the visit, the team toured several areas within the Yanghe production region, including the “Dream Blue Central Wine District,” the “Yanghe Underground Wine Cellar,” the “31-Link Brewing Workshop,” and the “Packaging and Logistics Center.” They deeply appreciated the charm of the region as the world’s largest, most ecologically friendly, and culturally rich brewing base, where ancient traditions blend seamlessly with modernity. The visit also provided a deeper understanding of Yanghe’s development and cultural philosophy.
Chairman Jiang Kun of the Association of Chinese Folk Art was also present and inscribed a calligraphy for Yanghe Distillery, expressing his recognition and support for the company.

Sun Jianwei, President of Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association, awarded Chairman Zhang Liandong of Yanghe Distillery the title of Honorary President of the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association. This honor was in recognition of his contributions to the development of Jiangsu’s liquor industry, the promotion of Malaysian liquor culture, and the enhancement of economic and cultural exchanges between Malaysia and China.

This visit not only provided strong support for the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention but also established a platform for cooperation among the global Chinese business community. It is expected to elevate the economic and trade relations between the two countries to new heights. Participant who representing the Association in this exchange visit were General Deputy President Sun Keqiang, Secretary-General Ye Langheng, Assistant to the President Tan Say Cheong, Event Director Teow Jenn Yang, and Zhang Yifan, Acting President of the Malaysian Chinese Restaurant Association.
