On March 4, 2024 (Monday), Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association hosted a delegation from Jiangsu Overseas Cooperation and Investment Company (JOCIC). The delegation was led by Zheng Yimin, Vice General Manager of China Jiangsu International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group, LTD (CJI) and Chairman of JOCIC. The visiting members included Ge Jun, Vice General Manager of JOCIC, Xiong Jun, Vice General Manager of China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation (Jiangsu) Development Management Company, and Xing Ziwen, Head of the Investment Promotion Service Department at JOCIC.
President Sun Jianwei introduced the background and development history of Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association to the visiting delegation, giving them a deeper understanding of the Association’s basic situation in Malaysia. President Sun also shared some experiences and advice on issues related to domestic companies expanding overseas, particularly those looking to develop in Malaysia, such as investment environment and development opportunities. This exchange helps to deepen mutual understanding of each market and lays a solid foundation for future cooperation.
During this exchange meeting, everyone shared their experiences and insights on the overseas development of Jiangsu enterprises. It can be said that the meeting yielded significant results and holds important meaning for Jiangsu enterprises looking to expand internationally in the future.
In addition, Chairman Zheng Yimin expressed gratitude for the warm arrangements provided by the Association. Before the visit concluded, both parties exchanged souvenirs and took a group photo in the VIP room of the association, marking the occasion and leaving a memorable keepsake of the visit.
The members who accompanying the President during this reception included General Deputy President Sun Keqiang, Vice President Wang Xingyao, Secretary General Ye Langheng, and Assistant to the President Tan Say Cheong.
