On May 21, 2024, Sun Jianwei, President of Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association visited Dato’ Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh, the Chief Minister of Malacca State. Accompanied by Datuk Lim Ban Hong, the Special Advisor to Chief Minister of Malacca on Investment and China Affairs, President Sun introduced Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association and its activities to the Chief Minister.
On May 21, 2024, Sun Jianwei, President of Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association visited Dato’ Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh, the Chief Minister of Malacca State. Accompanied by Datuk Lim Ban Hong, the Special Advisor to Chief Minister of Malacca on Investment and China Affairs, President Sun introduced Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association and its activities to the Chief Minister.
During the meeting, Datuk Lim Ban Hong mentioned that the Malacca State Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Dato’ Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh, plans to visit Jiangsu Province in the future. The goal is to explore more beneficial cooperation for the economic development of both regions and to deepen bilateral economic and trade relations. President Sun Jianwei noted that Jiangsu Province has a permanent population of approximately 84 million and has consistently ranked second in the nation for economic output, with the highest per capita GDP in China. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Malaysia-China diplomatic relations, President Sun, as the President of the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association, pledged full support to the governments of both regions, assisting in promoting investment and strengthening cooperation between enterprises.
President Sun Jianwei expressed his deep gratitude for the opportunity to meet with the Chief Minister. At the end of the visit, he presented a souvenir to Dato’ Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh on behalf of Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association.
